Kevin Shook, CPA, is a director and President of Eastern Alliance and its operating subsidiaries and has been with Eastern for 21 years. Kevin has 31 years of insurance industry experience, including 10 years with PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), in Philadelphia. During his tenure with PwC, Kevin worked with insurance and reinsurance companies in the Eastern United States and Bermuda, and specialized in assisting clients with initial public offerings, mergers and acquisitions and internal control reviews. Kevin is a member of of the Board of Directors of Trinity High School in Camp Hill, Pennsylvania and is a member of the Board of Directors of Eastern Alliance Insurance Group and Eastern Re and Inova Re. He was a 2012 finalist for Central Penn Business Journal’s CFO of the Year. Kevin is a graduate of Fairfield University, with a B.S. degree in accounting.
